Tayside House will be deconstructed using the Top Down Demolition Method.
The Podium Block at the base of the tower will be demolished using conventional means. We are in the proccess of removing all asbestos materials from the block, this process will be followed by the soft stripping of all internal fixtures.
By mid April we aim to have completed the demolition of the Podium Block and the walkways leading to Tayside House.
